| Bay City Country Club Membership Fees | |

Social MembershipMembers can be either gender, must be twenty-one years of age
or older and membership will afford the entire family the use of all Club
facilities, except the golf course. Each social
member will be required to purchase two shares of stock. Social members
will be required to pay green
fees to play the course and will not be allowed to play during member designated times.
